Blackout XP Tools, Limited Lifetime Warranty

We expect your Blackout XP Tools to last a lifetime – which is why we offer this limited lifetime warranty. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

This limited lifetime warranty guards against defects in manufacturing and workmanship, and applies to the original purchaser of Blackout XP Tools. We promise to, at our discretion: (a) repair or replace your tools or (b) credit you for the price you paid for your original purchase of the tools.

This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to, and no warranty is given for, Blackout XP Tools altered in any way and does not apply to issues resulting from: (a) accident, acts of nature, unreasonable or improper use, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, normal wear or tear, or other causes not directly arising from defects in manufacturing or workmanship; or (b) any damage caused by the failure of the owner to use, maintain, or store the tools.

We recommend that you maintain your tools and sharpen or replace blades, bits, files, and batteries as necessary. Blackout XP Tools reserves the right to make any changes in construction or design at any time without any obligation in incorporating such changes to tools or equipment previously sold.

Except for the warranties described above, we make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or against infringement. In the event warranties exist that may not be disclaimed, you agree that such warranties are limited to the price you paid for your original purchase of the product.

We are not responsible for consequential, special or incidental damages arising out of a claim or due to the use of our tools. Our limit of liability is the purchase amount of the tools.
